01What currency will I pay in?
All product, shipping and checkout amounts are shown and charged in USD. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or fee.
02When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and vary by destination.
03How does free shipping work?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $55. Orders below that threshold have a $9 standard shipping charge.
04Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, subject to the stated exclusions.
05Are game pieces, cards or puzzles included?
Only the components listed under ‘Inside the set’ on each product page are included. Photography props are not included.
06Are the wooden items food safe?
No. Our trays, bowls and coasters are tabletop organisers, not food preparation or serving ware. Coasters are for drinkware support only.
07What should I know about the magnetic dish?
It contains a permanently enclosed strong magnet and must be kept away from implanted medical devices, magnetic cards and sensitive electronics. Stop using it if damaged.
08Do you sell games or licensed artwork?
No. We sell neutral organisation and hosting accessories. We do not sell game content, gambling products, prizes or licensed merchandise.
09Can I order for a club or venue?
Yes. Use the Club Orders planning sheet for quantities of ten or more items and include your setting, budget, timeline and delivery region.
