Seller and scope
These terms govern purchases from SONIC PULSE LTD, 29 Balvie Road, Milngavie, Glasgow, Scotland, G62 7EH, through sonicpulseuk.shop. We sell physical tabletop organisation, puzzle sorting and hosting accessories to consumers. Contact: support@sonicpulseuk.shop, +44 7250006658.
Products
Product pages describe the included items, dimensions, principal materials, care and safety information. Photography props are not included unless listed. Natural wood tone and grain can vary. Our accessories do not include games, cards, puzzle artwork, prizes or gambling content.
Prices and orders
All prices are in USD. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we send the order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, fraud, address or legal reasons and will return captured funds for cancelled items.
Payment
Payment is handled through a hosted Stripe or PayPal interface. You must provide authorised, accurate billing information. We do not receive complete card numbers. A payment authorisation does not override our right to review and accept the order.
Delivery
We normally process in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes on delivery to you or a person you identify, subject to mandatory consumer law. Customs charges for destinations outside the seller’s customs territory are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Consumers may request a return within 14 days of delivery under our Refund and Return policies and any stronger mandatory rights. Products should be unused, complete and in original packaging. You remain responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Safe use
Follow product-specific care and safety notes. Small pieces and drawcords must be kept from young children. Glass timers require careful handling. The Magnetic Piece Dish must be kept away from implanted medical devices, magnetic cards and sensitive electronics, and must not be used if damaged.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business loss from a consumer purchase, or damage caused by misuse contrary to supplied instructions.
Website use
Do not misuse, probe, disrupt, scrape at harmful scale, upload malicious content or attempt unauthorised access. Store text, photographs and original presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; purchase of a product does not transfer those rights.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while consumers retain mandatory protections and court rights in their home jurisdiction. Contact support@sonicpulseuk.shop before commencing a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Last updated: 17 July 2026.
